Swiss 8 are a health promotion charity founded by Combat Veterans and played a pivotal role in helping to bring the Coin Toss For a Cause: Heads or Tails Raffle, to life. They aim to disrupt the current, reactive, mental health care model and making it proactive.

Swiss 8 have built a digital support service, facilitating online applications for veterans who are facing mental health challenges. These digital tools and certified courses help veterans to connect with each other, create structure, build a new identity and find purpose post service.

Legacy have been supporting veterans’ families since 1923. Legacy work every day with those families experiencing grief, loss and hardship, providing ongoing social support to families. They work to ensure the emotional health and wellbeing of those they serve.

Legacy work tirelessly to provide financial support, provide for basic needs, assisting with educational and development goals and advocate for the rights and benefits of veterans and their families.

Wounded Heroes Australia specialise in frontline support (24/7) for current serving ADF Members, Veterans and their families in financial crisis, homeless or at risk of homelessness. Wounded Heroes Australia provide short-term emergency relief payments to individuals and their families, including homeless veterans, veteran partners and their children.

Over the period Jan to Mar 2020, they provided assistance to 316 veterans and their families. This is an increase of 248.5% for the same period last year.
